Us Pioneer Place is a not for profit 33 bed Long Term Care Facility and a 31 bed Assisted Living Facility serving the Vale community for more than 40 years. We are located at the crossroads of Hwy 20 and Hwy 26, on the Oregon Trail. Pioneer Place was completely remodeled in 2003, adding our 31 bed Assisted Living Facility ajoining our 33 bed Nursing Home. We pride ourselves in the quality of our care, and are committed to serving our community and the surrounding areas.
During the past 3 years Pioneer Place has had zero defiency surveys. This only proves that we are committed to the quality of care that your loved one deserves .
